SC Series: Mobile Wash Skids - Self-Contained, Gas Powered, Diesel Heated

SC Series Mobile Wash Skids are Self-Contained pressure washers that are Gas Powered & Diesel Heated with Powder coated or stainless steel for durability.

Rugged “Pro-tect-it” Frame:
Hydro Tek’s unique “Pro-tect-it” frame of 1¼”, heavy gauge steel, with durable electrostatically applied powder coat finish. Tie down brackets / 4-point lifting eyes as well as hose reel mounting holes incorporated into the frame.

Stainless Steel Panels:
These rugged and durable panels offer lifetime corrosion resistance and protection of your valuable investment from the harshest environments. Keeps your machine looking like new for years to come.

SpiraLast™ Coil and Heating System:
A 110v oil fired burner is paired with the Hydro Tek manufactured SpiraLast™ heating coil for an efficient heating system. Robotically fused ½” schedule 80 steel pipe is cold rolled to protect the steel pipe from fatigue and the spiral coil is then surrounded by ceramic insulation and stainless enclosure with double-wall end caps. Ask your dealer about the Lifetime Coil Warranty.

Industrial Engines:
Efficient OHV gas engines with electric key start, low oil shutdown, and cast iron cylinder for maximum duty and performance. Some models equipped with a durable, water-cooled diesel engine with key-switch shutdown, for enhanced longevity and single fuel source.

Fuel Tanks:
Heavy Duty “roto-molded” rust free fuel tanks with fuel filter to protect against contaminated fuel. Extended run time (up to 8hrs.) eliminates interruptions. High capacity 8 gallon gas and 18 gallon diesel fuel tank decrease refueling and operator down time.

Total Relief Unloader – Remote Mounted:
Flow sensitive unloader allows pressure to build up gradually as trigger gun is activated eliminating “pressure spikes” and improving operator control and safety. When the gun is released, entire system pressure is relieved, enhancing system life and eliminating engine starting problems. The unloader is panel mounted eliminating heat failure and vibration. Balanced regulating unloader on 2-gun systems.

NEMA4- Water Tight Control Panel:
ETL certified to UL1776 Class 2, for use in wash-down area, exceeding Industry standards. Special Hydro Tek control box features easy to use controls and provides instant access to electronics.

2 Gun Compatible:
(Refer to specifications chart for available models)
Allows the operator to operate two pressure guns simultaneously, creating a multi-purpose machine, increasing efficiency and time. Unique split flow design balances pressure spikes. The adjustable flow feature also allows the operator to conserve water when needed

110v Diesel Fired Burner with On-Board 2900 watt Generator:
Provides automatic, high intensity ignition and reliable power for the heating system. Supplemental power from the generator offer the operator the option to run lights or accessories.

Belt Driven Pump:
V-belt driven pump, low RPM drive – cooler and quieter operation for continuous duty performance. EZ Align™ belt tensioning system allows for easy, single bolt, belt adjustments.

More Standard Features:
Burst disc technology for operator safety
Adjustable thermostat
Heavy duty gun and wand with insulated quick couplers, 3 or more nozzles, nozzle storage, 50’ hose, snap top battery box
Hour meters are included on diesel models

Unmatched Durability: The SC is a proven model manufactured and refined for over two decades.

  • Hot Water Pressure Washers

Hydro Tek hot water pressure washers are designed to tackle the toughest messes wherever they may occur. Our products feature high-quality stainless steel construction, simple controls, and an innovative Spiralast™ heating coil that improves efficiency and reduces your fuel costs. We manufacture the Spiralast™ coils right here in our facility using a proprietary cold rolled process and robotic welds for exceptional strength and unimpeded flow. Our Spiralast™ lifetime warranty is the ONLY lifetime heating coil warranty in the industry.

  • Advantages of a Hot Water Pressure Washer

Simply by heating up the water, a hot water pressure washer delivers dramatically improved cleaning power compared to a cold water machine. Hot water pressure washers are especially useful for cleaning sticky, greasy, or oily surfaces, because they will loosen the dirt much faster without the large amounts of soap, detergent, or other cleaning chemicals that must be used with a cold water system.

  • Hot Water Pressure Washer Applications

A hot water pressure washer is essential for any cleanup job involving a sticky, greasy, or oily mess, as well as for applications where a surface must be sanitized. With a variety of models available, including self-contained mobile units with gas, diesel, or electric power, Hydro Tek hot water pressure washers can go anywhere and clean anything. Some common applications include heavy equipment cleaning, vehicle cleaning, graffiti removal, restaurant hood vent cleaning, and livestock facility cleaning.

Quality & Innovation Since 1985

Hydro Tek

From simple beginnings in 1985, Hydro Tek has grown to become the most trusted name in the pressure washer manufacturing industry.

How did we do it? By continually focusing on quality and reliability as the key to customer satisfaction, and by incorporating the latest technologies into our design and manufacturing processes.

By 1991, we were using computer-aided drafting systems to refine our product designs and improve efficiency. In 1997, we brought the power of computers to the shop floor by incorporating laser-cutting and other CNC manufacturing machinery, and in 2001 we began focusing on improving efficiency through the latest manufacturing techniques. The end result has been superior products delivered at a superior value to our customers. Through the next decade, we look forward to fulfilling our vision of making our products the "obvious choice" for all your industrial and commercial cleaning needs.
