Commercial Bakery Cleaning
Recently Hydro Tek installed several CW-H machines in a Los Angeles area commercial bakery. The machines were installed near the very large dough mixing and kneading machines.
Before the Hydro Tek pressure washers were installed, the machines were cleaned with a garden hose, spray gun and a brush. With the hot, high pressure water they are able to significantly reduce their down time and enhance the level of sanitation and safety. The units use the existing hot water system in the building.

The dough makes a sticky mess

The old fashion way of cleaning... a garden hose and hot water... it might take 3 or 4 hours to get the machine clean.

With the Hydro Tek CW-H pressure washer the job is reduced to less than an hour per machine.

The pressure washers are mounted on the mezzanine above the mixers and the remote controls and hose reels are conveniently located right next to the mixers for easy access.
